This 3YO looks a different horse since arriving with Team Wells as evidenced by his one start and recent trial. Stable apprentice Chloe Wells takes the ride and if she can find the front or sit outside the leader, I think the horse will be too good.

Going to take on the spruik horse Alpine Wolf who may have potentially had a gutbuster first-up. Vivilici comes via the same race where she loomed to win at the top of the straight but perhaps peaked first-up on a soft track. She has a nice turn of foot when saved for a sprint and importantly she draws to get that here. I suspect Alpine Wolf will be a firm fav and I don’t think there should be much between him and the mare.

Ready for 1650m fourth-up and importantly gets a senior rider back on as Ismail Toker is the only winning jockey for this horse since he transferred to Rowan Hamer. Draws for a good midfield run and I think he will be a nice each-way price.
